AMBIENTE PIZZA NUOVA *ALL YOU CAN EAT*

Yesterday I decided to visit Ambiente Pizza Nuova. Italian food I could eat all the time. So does my friend who joined me.  Ambiente have the all you can eat concept. I have my favorites and I know which food to rather avoid. My TOP 3 are gnocchi, spaghetti carbonara and penne with beef ragout.  

Right at the entrance, the hostess will take care of you and seat you at the table. I always choose tables next to the window. Then you get a green button, indicating that the waiters can offer you all kinds of pasta, risotto, gnocchi, pizza ... :) If you want to relax, replace the green for red. Nice. Although sometimes even the waiter comes and asks if I want to taste the "XY". No, thank you. I do have red for nothing. However, the effort is still better ignorance.  Let's look at an illustrative example of what is offered:

During my first visit, I had one plate all the time. This time, the service was much better and they changed it once.

Pasta is al dente, as it should be. Risotto could be more could be softer. Pizza is excellent, although I did not take any slice now. Gnocchi are perfect, they melt on the tongue. Tortellini are ok. 

Finally, as a dessert, you get sweet pizza. One piece with nutella, the second piece with mascarpone and raspberries. This time I did have it ... but the last time I experienced this: I ask the waiter first, if we get a sweet pizza. He said not and offered me to order a whole pizza! My God, no, I just had all you can eat. Actually, this is one of the biggest problems - the waiter asks you, what do you like the most. Then he generously offers you to bring the whole portion. How thoughtful!! Perhaps do not get enough revenue from the all you can eat. However, back to the story with a sweet pizza. The second waiter replied that sweet pizza is not included on the menu. So, I became interested and wanted to hear the third version of the third waiter. He finally brought us a piece with nutella and one with mascarpone and raspberries. Glory, I enjoyed my sweet piece after the war. But how is it possible that three waiters will tell you three different answers??! I tasted it, it was really good and it's an original idea! 

The environment is very cozy and spacious.

I will certainly visit Ambiente Pizza Nuova once again, but I will be a little more picky :)
