When my little brother told me that he scored a hattrick, I had no clue what he was talking about. He explained to me that hattrick occurs when a player scores three goals during one match. And it is a tradition that this player brings something sweet. I decided to make muffins.
When the food blogger Kitchenette shared her apple muffins, I wanted to try those. Apple dough, cream filling and crumble. Devilish combination for me and certainly those young hockey players would not mind. I just modified the recipe a bit.

For the filling, mix all ingredients in a blender.
Prepare crumble, all materials carefully mix with hands.
Put about 3/4 of the dough to muffin form, a tablespoon of cream filling and sprinkle with crumble.
Bake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees.
The result? Amazing! Crispy, soft and healthy.
