CZECH CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH FILLING "MÍŠA ŘEZY"

Sometimes it's the best to stop experimenting and get back to good old family recipes. Like cookbook of my grandma. Although I enjoy to try all kinds of new cheesecakes, muffins and more, Misa dessert is among the TOP cakes of my childhood. Chocolate cake, cheese filling and chocolate topping me up satisfied. Nostalgie from your childhood is a dangerous little bastard!

Dough:
6 egg yolks
6 egg whites
spoon of vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons of oil (I used canola)
6 tablespoons of granulated sugar (I mixed the cane and white sugar)
6 tablespoons of semi-fine flour
2-3 tablespoons of cocoa
spoon of baking powder
50 g of chocolate (crushed into little pieces)

Curd filling:
750 g of curd
spoon of vanilla sugar
250 g of butter
6 tablespoons of sugar
teaspoon of lemon juice

Chocolate cream:
200 g of chocolate
about 80 g of butter

Preparation:
First of all, whisk together the egg whites with vanilla sugar. Then, in different bowl, whisk together the egg yolks with sugar, add oil, flour, cocoa and baking powder. Gently stir in the foam of egg whites. At the end, add the crushed pieces of chocolate.

Bake it in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Butter is recommended to leave it at least 30 minutes at room temperature. Do not not warm it up. Whip all ingredients together and place in the refrigerator.

Take out the dough, let it cool down.

When the dough is cold enough, cover it with curd filling. In a saucepan melt chocolate with butter. Immediately pour it on the chocolate cake. And let it cool down in the fridge. Best cake is the next day.
