OIL CAKE

This time, I used a family recipe for oil cake. It tastes the best when it is warm. It does not need any cream how smooth it is. 



I will use a recipe from a cookbook that my mom has had for quite some time. Each recipe knows every member of ourfamily, and everyone has its more and less popular pies, cakes and other sweets. Today I want to share with you the oil cake.


Ingredients:
300 g of semi-fine flour
2 tsp of baking powder
100 ml of oil 
100 ml of water 
250 g of granulated sugar 
spoon of vanilla sugar 
3-4 eggs 

Preparation:
Mix together oil, water and sugar. It is better to mix egg whites separately and add them as a final ingredient. 

Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything together and bake at 170 °C for about 45 minutes.
