With the approaching summer, I enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables. Sweet strawberries, apples, raspberries ... I could eat it over and over again. If you have a blender, it is the best tool how to do your smoothies. It's good to experiment with ingredients. Once with banana, Greek yogurt, sometimes with strawberries, raspberries and other variants. This time I made a pineapple smoothie with bananas and apples.
For 2 servings, you need:
half of a large pineapple (one slice leave for decoration)
