Today I bring you an article about useful travel sites. Right now we are doing everything by ourselves - from planning the trip, to buying the ticket and to picking up the hostel or hotel or whatever accomodation you prefer. There is much more to that than just these basic steps!

1. The World Factbook
TWF offers you detailed and current summary about all states. Whenever I travel somewhere, I find useful info about local economy, geography, people, transportation etc.
2. Skypicker
The site was created by Czech guys, yay! It specializes in flight search (mainly low cost airlines) and you just type in your departure airport and it shows you the cheapest flights. It works especially in Europe but I am sure it has a bright future!
3. The Man in Seat 61
The site finds for you the best journey by train. No more airplanes. Personally, I love to travel by train, it is somehow relaxing. And you can discover much more on the site.
4. Trivago
Trivago can find you an accommodation when you travel. It compares fares from different booking sites (Expedia, Booking etc.) and shows you the best deals. Not bad, at least you can have a clear comparison of quality, prices etc.
5. InterPals
The site is all about language exchange. You can meet people from all over the world and chat with Spanish buddies in German. Why not? The importance of languages in nowadays will only increase!
