It has been a long time since I have made a cheesecake. I prefer cheesecake with a real dough than biscuits. You know what I use and it is actually much better (nothing beats fresh cake). You can choose the healthier version with whole wheat flour and cane sugar. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
270 g of whole wheat flour
2 spoons of vanilla sugar
90 g of granulated sugar (or cane)
140 g of butter
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 tablespoons of yogurt
pinch of salt
Filling:
500 g of curd (eventually some cream cheese)
250 g of sour cream
4 eggs
2 spoons of vanilla sugar
100 g of granulated sugar (or cane sugar)
+ cup of your favorite jam
Preparation:
First, prepare the dough. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and use your hands to make smooth dough. Put it into the form and puncture the dough with a fork and put it for 10 minutes in the oven at 150 degrees.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Besides eggs, mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix it. Gradually add egg after egg.
Take out the baked dough. Pour the filling on the dough and sprinkle it with a jam using a fork. Bake cheesecake in the oven for about 45 minutes at 160 degrees.
