Villa Beatika is the first-republic villa in Cesky Krumlov which is one of the most beautiful Czech cities. I have spent the weekend there and Villa Beatika made my stay even more enjoyable.
Villa Beatika is more than 80 years old. It is situated only 5 minutes by walk from the center of Cesky Krumlov. The city is very tiny so everything is within a few minutes of walking distance.

We were welcomed by the owner who made his dream come true. A German man decided to move to the Czech Republic and settled in Cesky Krumlov. The Villa represents his love for 1970s and 1980s music so every room is dedicated to one artist. Bruce Springsteen, David Bowie or Freddie Mercury. Sharing passion, that’s the whole idea behind.
Immediately after we were accommodated the owner gave us the best tips - where to go, which restaurant to visit and where is the most romantic view. Afterwards, you have plenty ideas in your head on what to do during your stay.
The interior is well put together. You can see the attention to details that make the big picture perfect. The rooms are fun and fantastic, you feel more like in a friend’s house than in a hotel.

The rooms
I was pleased to see beautiful decoration with an incredible view. Personally, I love 1970s and 1980s music as well so I was amazed. You know, Streets of Philadelphia.. it never gets old. The bed is huge and comfortable. Large table desks are useful also. There is a refrigerator with a selection of cold drinks and some Czech snacks. And mini Haribos on each bed were so cute!
One huge bonus are chairs. I mean, you generally have some sort of chairs in hotel rooms but these were highly comfortable! You can just sit there for hours and read a book or whatever you enjoy.
The rooms are spacious and there is a lot of light which is great. The bathroom is not too big but the equipment is new, simple and stylish. However, do not expect a huge bathtub! Just a short 5 minute shower.
The cherry on the top
Speaking of extras. Who does not enjoy breakfast buffets! You have such a huge selection here. I like the fact that food is mostly local and you experience very good Czech breakfast. You can select from different kinds of tea, then there is coffee, juice and water. I am more of a sweet breakfast kind of gal so there were some yogurts, granola, fresh fruit and dry fruit. And on the other side, you can have sausage, egg, ham, cheese, Czech bread, rolls and vegetable. Also, there is a homemade cake.
And here it is. The best accessorie I have ever seen in a hotel.
