FLUFFY APPLE CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE

On the weekends, I like to sit with my family. The week is often very busy so I am enjoying the time together over coffee. It is our tradition. Coffee and something baked. Maybe because of that I can not imagine to have a cottage cheese or even vegetables with yoghurt for afternoon snack. This time, I baked apple pie with chocolate and it was excellent. It was fluffy, thanks to smooth apples and chocolate satified my cravings.

If you are not a lover of chocolate, this cake will be delicious even with caramel sauce or simply with whipped cream. It is the best when it is fresh, the apples are warm, chocolate is melting ... and the coffee ... such a Sunday paradise, what can I say!

Ingredients:
4 apples, peeled
2 cups of fine flour
spoon of baking powder
pinch of baking soda
pinch of salt
teaspoon of cinnamon
3 eggs
spoon of honey
1/2 cup of granulated sugar (try to replace it with the cane)
apoon of vanilla sugar
1/2 cup of oil (I use canola, then the dough does not smell oily and is fluffy)
1/2 cup of milk

100 g of dark chocolate and 50 g of butter for frosting

Preparation:
First, cut the peeled apples into cubes.
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients, ie flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
In a second bowl, mix eggs with sugar and honey. I recommend adding the eggs and sugar gradually. Pour in the oil. Gradually stir into the mixture of dry ingredients and add milk. In conclusion, carefully add the apples.

Pour the dough into cake tin. Bake it at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.

When the cake is ready, you take it out of the oven, remove it from the cake tin. Just be careful. I recommend to use cold towel so that the dough will not stick to the cake tin. And finally make a chocolate frosting and pour it on the cake.

TIP: canola oil is the best for baking, I had the best experience with it. The cake is fluffy and it the taste is not oily.
