Pineapple is not common ingredient when it comes to baking. So, it is interesting to try it. At least. The combination of smooth dough, sweet frosting and chocolate will not disappoint you.

The recipe comes from a new cookbook Kdyz vari muzy (When muses cook), which is a puzzle of of interviews and favorite recipes from Czech classical music performers.

1 1/2 cups semi-fine flour
1 1/2 cup caster sugar
2 eggs
1 spoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 small pineapple compote pureed with juice

500 g cream cheese (ideally Czech pomazankove maslo)
1 store-bought vanilla pudding in a cup (or cook a half of vanilla pudding powder in 200 ml of milk)
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 vanilla sugar

100 g of chocolate
10 g of butter

Mix the ingredients for the dough, pour on a baking sheet and bake. Then let it to cool down.

For the cream, mix cream cheese, pudding and sugar, beat in a smooth cream and pour it on a baked, chilled dough.

In a water bath, melt butter with chocolate. Sprinkle the cake with chocolate.

I baked it at 160 degree, about 40 minutes.

Marie Fajtová: This goodness prepares one of my beloved sisters. I usually can not resist. What about you, my friends?
