ITALIAN PARADISE AT PIZZERIA PROSECCO

My friend recommended me to try the Italian restaurant in Prague's Prosek - Prosecco. I heard  that they are doing the best pizza in Prague. Italian cuisine is number 1 for me, so I went there full of expectations. All previous reviews were mostly positive, so why not.

At first glance, I was intrigued by the interior. It is modern, simple, green color adds a touch optimistic and friendly. In the evening, there is a romantic and intimate atmosphere. The service will pleasantly welcomes  you immediately at the door. It is necessary to make a reservation if you go for a dinner. It was really crowded, without a reservation. The service is fast and professional. They give you space to select your beverages and food. Moreover, they give you a carafe of water with lime for free. The menu is quite extensive. It offers both typical Italian food type pizza, pasta, risotto, lasagne, tortellini ... as well as various kinds of meat from chicken, pork, beef to fish. Choice for pizza is also wide, certainly everyone will choose something great. A service will be happy to advise you.

You get a  Couvert, which is delicate. Sliced ​​baguette, wonderfully crispy and flavored whipped butter (or spread - it reminded me of our Czech cheese Lučina). I chose Alla Prosecco pizza (mozzarella, goat cheese, black olives, cream, artichokes, red onion and fresh oregano). I totally love the goat cheese, so the choice was not that hard. My friend opted for the homemade penne called Penne al Pomodoro e Basilico, which includes a light tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes and parmesan cheese. Both were delicious. Pizza dough was just right. It contained a sufficient quantity of goat cheese. Sometimes, this kind of "expensive" ingredients are present in very little amount. I ate a whole pizza! Regarding prices, they completely correspond with the quality of food and service.

Prosecco deserves only great review. I will certainly come back soon. From time to time, they have also degustation menu.
