CRUMBLE PLUM CAKE

It is a season of plums. My mum made a crumble cake with cream filling and it was so tasty. So I decided to change the recipe a little and the result was simply amazing. 



Crumble: 
400 g of fine flour
260 g of melted butter
1 package of baking powder
vanilla pod (or spoon of vanilla sugar)
150 g of sugar

Filling: 
400 g of sour cream
80 g of sugar
2 eggs
1 sachet of vanilla pudding

Preparation:
Mix the ingredients for the dough in a large bowl. Put around 2/3 on the cake tin. Sprinkle by halved plums. For the filling, mix together in a bowl all ingredients and pour it on the dough. In conclusion, sprinkle with the rest of crumble dough and sprinkle with cinnamon.



Bake at 170 degrees for 60 minutes. I lowered the temperature on 150 degrees for the last 20 minutes.



This plum cake is very addictive. It is even more tasty when you serve it hot. It was difficult to save a few pieces for some shoots!
