CHOCOLATE COFFEE BREAD WITH CREAM FILLING

The combination of chocolate and curd is favorite. I was testing a new oven so I wanted to bake something simple. Everything went smoothly.


Dough: 
half a cup of semi-fine flour
3/4 cup of oil
2 eggs
cup of cane sugar
vanilla sugar
teaspoon of baking powder
pinch of salt
pinch of baking soda
4 tablespoons of cocoa
150 g of dark chocolate

Filling: 
250 of curd
3 tablespoons of sour cream
half a cup of milk
half a cup of sugar

TIP: cane sugar has a stronger flavor and is healthy

Preparation:
For the dough: blend the eggs with half dose of sugar, oil, then gradually add the flour with the baking powder, the rest of the sugar, salt, baking soda, cocoa and finally gently stir in the pieces of the broken chocolate. Give it into a cake tin. Finally mix all the ingredients for filling and pour it on the top of the dough.

Bake it at 170 degrees for about 45 minutes.
