CZECH CHRISTMAS COOKIES "BRABANTSKE"

These little cookies full of cocoa and chocolate are really tasty. And almost everyone in our family likes them for their cocoa dough because it is a nice change from every other Christmas cookie. I share with you a family recipe so hopefully you like it too!

Ingredients:
160 g butter
80g icing sugar
160 g plain flour
50 g cocoa

Cream:
Honestly, I just mix it randomly together. I mix the butter (about 150 g), two egg yolks and icing sugar as needed (at least 100 g).

+ 250 g of chocolate and 50 g of butter for frosting and peeled almonds for decor (100 g is often enough)

Preparation:
For the dough, mix all the ingredients and prepare a smooth dough. Let it overnight in the refrigerator. Then, roll out and cut out different shapes. Bake at 160 degrees for about 8-10 minutes.

Prepare the cream. Using a wooden spoon, mix all the ingredients (butter must be softened). Add sugar if needed. The cream should be thick.

Finally, cobble cookies together using cream and decor it with the warm chocolate and garnish with almonds.
