Linzer cookies are Czech classic. They are pretty easy to make and the taste is one of the best. I want to share with you our family recipe. So let's bake!

In our family, we decided for flowers and bells ;D As for a jam, we used mixed blackberries and raspberries, homemade as always!

240 g plain flour
160 g butter
80 g powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
spoon of vanilla sugar (you can use a little of vanilla pod)
pinch of baking powder

+ Jam of your choice

Mix all the ingredients for the dough and put in the refrigerator overnight. Then roll out the dough, create your favorite shapes and bake at 160 degrees for about 8-10 minutes.

At the end (ideally a third day after baking, so that your linzer cookies are not too fragile) spread linzer cookies with jam.
